By accessing or purchasing from jovemoon.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. jovemoon.com is operated by Zyphoria Ventures LLC ("Jovemoon", "we", "us" or "our"), 805 CY Ave, Casper, WY 82601, United States. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and live in the United States to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is true and complete.
You can check out as a guest or with an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, a pricing error or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
All prices are in US dollars. We accept PayPal, which lets you pay with a PayPal balance or a credit or debit card through PayPal Guest Checkout. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before we ship and give you the choice to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
All products are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipment, for a total of 5–10 business days. Shipping costs a $4.95 flat rate. We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska & Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories or international addresses. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
You can return or exchange items up to 30 days after delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. Return shipping is free for change-of-mind and sizing returns, and there is no restocking fee. Order cancellation and refund rules are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
We try to show product colors, prints and sizes as accurately as we can. Because every item is printed to order, small differences in color or print placement can happen between screens and finished products. Size charts are listed on each product page. We may change or remove designs, sizes or colors at any time.
All designs, graphics, text, photos and other content on jovemoon.com belong to Zyphoria Ventures LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes placing fraudulent orders, trying to access systems without permission, uploading harmful code, scraping content or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
To the extent allowed by law, Zyphoria Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Zyphoria Ventures LLC and its team from claims, losses or costs that come from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
The site may include third-party services, such as PayPal checkout. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Your use of the site is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
We may suspend or end your access to the site if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law, stay in effect after termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, unless the law requires otherwise.
If you have a problem with an order, please email [email protected] first. Most issues are solved quickly this way. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally in 30 days, either side may pursue it in the courts listed in Section 16. You may also bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
